DRAFT: Craigslist Causes the Overflow of Animal Shelters

Craigslist has Terms against the sale of animals but doesn’t stop ads for pets. Any local city can have hundreds of ads, allowing puppy mills to keep proliferating.

Why isn’t anyone regulating this or complaining, to Craiglist or the authorities?
